Earlier in the week my Dad told me I should go visit Gram because she was in the hospital due to not eating. I went after work friday and found out it was a problem bigger than that. Gram has fluids filling up her lungs and she still won't eat. She was also diagnosed with dementia. Gram was not happy in the hospital and we all knew she wanted to be with Pop. Pop passed away 13yrs ago. My family decided it would be best for her to go back to her nursing home and be in hospice care. I got a call this afternoon (Sunday) saying how I should come up there because she will not be around for long. Hospice said she might not make it to tomorrow, possibly not even through the night. As much as I love Gram and want her to be here, especially for the picture of 5 generations that would be in June, I want her to be happy again with Pop. That's what she has wanted all along.
