Haley is 5 months old!

Our baby girl turned 5 months old today!  A few days ago we went ahead and let her try some real baby food... SQUASH!  She definitely likes her rice cereal better but she did okay with the squash.  Yesterday I took her to the park with the Mom's group and I put her on the swing for the first time, she absolutely loved it!  So of course Mommy comes home and orders one online (a pink one of course) and it will be here any day now!  When Trey got off work today, we took her to the park down the road from our house and put her on the swing, she just kept talking the whole time:) I know she was say "Daddy we got to get one of these!!".





This morning I fed her some rice cereal and then gave Haley her bottle and she grabbed for it and held it all by herself!  So I put her in the bouncer and sat next to her while she fed herself and she drank the whole thing all by herself!! I was impressed :) 





We are also still working on helping Haley sit up on her own and she is doing a great job!  I know it will be soon that she will be able to do it and not be supported.  She still is enjoying her tummy time and can hold herself up so well!





 I enjoy being able to stay home with Haley to watch her grow without missing out on anything.  I am thankful I have such a caring and loving husband who goes to work everyday to support his family :) He is a great daddy and a wonderful husband!
