11 Months Old!

Haley Brooke is 11 months old today!  She has been feeling so much better since the doctor put her on the Amoxicillin.  She is almost done with the antibiotic.  Tonight she will be spending the night with Grammie so Trey & I can go to the movies and see that cute bunny movie Hop.  It has been a longgg time since we've been to the movies.  Today has gone by so slow.. I'm thinking because I know Trey is off tomorrow and I'm excited to spend some alone time with him.  We are also going on the pontoon boat tomorrow so that will be fun!

Anyway, while I'm blogging.. I'm thinking I should be my opinionated self and share a few stupid thoughts I had today. I would share them with Trey but he's had a really busy day at work today and I've already bugged him enough. Here goes...

So Haley was taking nap and I was super bored so I got on facebook and was reading some posts.  I saw this post about "fake" marijuana is going to be illegal. I'm also nosey and like to read what other people say about it.  This one girl posts on there that she smoked the real thing up until she got pregnant.  Well I'm thinking that she must have found out a few months too late because her baby doesn't look too cute... that's just put in a very nice way.  I know that's rude to say.. but really??? Why tell the world that you smoked pot until you found out your pregnant unless you want an opinionated person (like me) to have something to talk about???  That baby has to look like that forever!!! I guess I'll stop there on that topic.

Another thing... when your kid reaches a certain age... it's no longer "cute" to post pictures of food all over their face... it's now called GROSS!!  No, this isn't a friend of mine... so maybe that's why I say that.  Or maybe I was being "overly sensitive" like Haley is some days but still... GROSS!!! lol :)

Now of course if your my friend.. I would never talk like this behind your back. So you don't have to check my blog to make sure I'm not talking about you ;)

Anyway.. there is something really funny about kids and I'm learning about it with Haley.  She is at this stage to where she will start touching the buttons on my computer or messing with my handheld vacuum.  She is okay with me telling her "no"... well sometimes... but if you grab her hand and move it away from whatever she it touching.. it makes her so mad that she throws a fit and wants it more!  She also moves her toys close to me so I think she is playing with her toys, but its only to distract me because the next time I look she is messing with something again that she isn't supposed to be messing with!! Gosh she cracks me up!!
