4 weeks and 2 days until my scheduled c-section! I can't wait to meet my baby boy! This past Thurs 4/30 was 35 weeks. I'll be packing my hospital bag sometime this week since it's almost baby time! Pregnancy is still going good! Occasional back pain and feet swelling, and my appetite has been good most days and others I don't feel like eating much. Blood pressure is great and I've only gained a total of 23 lbs. I start going to the Dr every week this coming Wednesday!
On April 12th my friend Michelle threw me a baby shower and it turned out beautiful. My other 2 friends Beth & Samantha helped out too.
Then last weekend on 4/25 my SIL Chrissy & my MIL Cindy threw me a
diaper shower so between all of that I have everything I need for baby
Philip. So thankful for my friends and family!
We finally got the nursery ready so all we need now is for Philip to get here!
Haley has still been enjoying dance class where she does ballet and tap. She has her 1st dance recital on June 13. She has the cutest outfits and she even has to wear makeup! We are having her birthday party early this year on 5/9 just in case Philip decides to come early or around her actual birthday on 5/21. Can't believe she will be 5! I also got her registered for Kindergarten this past week and we attended "Camp Kindergarten" so she could see her new school.
Last night we went to my parents house and Haley wanted to fish with us so my Dad rigged up her Dora pole and she caught her 1st fish (a catfish) and her 2nd catch was a soft shelled turtle. She was so excited!
Trey is gone fishing for the weekend with his Dad in Galveston. This will be his last fishing trip until after Philip gets here since we are getting close to my due date. Last weekend he stayed close to home and fished lake Conroe and caught a few fish.
That's about all that has been going on here!
