I am so thankful for my wonderful husband. I am head over heels for him and I can't say enough how wonderful he is. He is my rock. I love how he is so supportive of everything I do and how he has made me into the person I am today. He has taught me patience and kindness. However, he did not attribute anything towards my outspokeness (is that even a word? haha) ;)
I am also so thankful for my the beautiful daughter Trey and I share. She has made me so happy, frustrated at times, but I love her unconditionally. She keeps me on my toes, that's for sure. She has also taught me a lot of patience. God truly has blessed us and I'm so thankful for that.
I am thankful for my parents. They have set a great example of how I do not want to parent. I will put the greatest effort to be sure I have a great relationship with Haley and will always be there for her, supporting her good decisions and talking her through after the poor decisions, and never holding a grudge. She is the love of my life.
I am thankful for my family and my wonderful in-laws. When I have no one else to talk to, because sometimes Trey doesn't cut it lol, I can always count on my family and my MIL. They are always there to listen and I appreciate them more than they will ever know.
I am thankful for my jobs. I love the opportunity to work 1 day a week at Dr.Collier's office. I also enjoy working nights at Planet Beach. I work with great people and the money really helps us out!
I am thankful for my recent speeding ticket. Although it sounds silly, it now reminds me that I need to watch my speed. I guess this could avoid a future accident. It also reminds me that I should also pay more attention to my radar detector since I saw the cop and my radar detector was going off but I continued to speed because I was on the phone. Frustrating... but I can deal with it.
I am thankful for my days off. It reminds me of how important time with family is. I don't get to spend nearly as much time with Haley and Trey together like I used to but I sure appreciate more when I can!
Haley turned 18 months today! She is growing to be such a big girl! She does the cutest thing when you tell her to smile, she loves telling her daddy "hi dada" on the phone, starting to learn her colors, and she is saying a lot of new words! She trys to say words like gobble gobble "ga ga" , nose, eyes, mouth, puppy, pretty, ball, and night night. She has mastered hi and bye because everywhere we go she yells it to everyone!
